Beckenham BR3

We are due to submit an application in the near future, to Bromley council for a mixed use scheme of two bedroom apartments and an A1 commercial unit situated in a popular location on the Beckenham/Anerley border.

Colliers Wood SW19

A planning application has recently been submitted to Merton council for the demolition of several industrial warehouses, to be replaced with a contemporary mixed use scheme comprising 1,2 and 3 bed apartments and 100 square metres of B1 office space. Construction is detailed to commence in the Autumn of 2018 with build completion scheduled for the end of 2019.

Purley CR8

An application has been submitted to Croydon council for the demolition of the existing commercial premises and the construction of a scheme of nine high quality private apartments located in the heart of Purley Town Centre. A decision is expected by the end of February with construction due to commence in the summer of 2018 and build completion expected in the spring of 2019.

Crawley Down RH10

Planning permission has been secured for five executive detached houses located in the popular village of Crawley Down, West Sussex. The five houses, measuring in excess of 2,000 square feet and each benefiting from detached double garages, will be set within a secluded gated development. Construction is due to commence towards the end of 2017.
